Chef Christos Georgakis was born and raised in Greece and brought up within the catering industry, as his family ran a successful restaurant in Athens. Inspired to learn more about cooking, he moved to the UK via a spell in France’s Loire region.
After making it to the semifinals of both Masterchef The Professionals and The Welsh Chef of the Year, he settled in South Wales, where he won acclaim for his Head Chef role at several gastropubs and hotels, before choosing to develop his private Chef business.
Specialising in British Modern Cuisine with Mediterranean and French influences. Christos will create a bespoke classic or contemporary menu to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
Christos will discuss your dietary requirements and preferences, and will work with you to create a menu tailored specifically to your needs. On the day of your booking he will arrive at your home to prepare your menu at the agreed time. All the equipment is provided (crockery and cutlery hire is available upon request, please note that this is a separate charge). Once all the food has been served, your kitchen will be left clean with the washing up completed, so all you need to worry about is making sure your guests are happy.

In line with Covid regulations in Wales, Christos is currently running weekly home dining restaurant pop-ups, including fresh Italian pasta dishes, Greek street food menus, and Greek Tapas Boxes with delivery in the Swansea area. He is also offering bespoke three-course fine dining menus, which can simply be heated at home. Perfect for that special occasion, Christos will work with you to design a menu to suit your needs and dietary requirements.
