We’ve been fans of Tom Martin’s cooking since his first event last year. Given his focus on always getting the most out of meat and fish, we are excited to tell you about his Vegan Takeover on Saturday 6th June at The Little Man Coffee Company, Cardiff.
His series of events has created a bit of a stir locally. The menu, as always, will be flavour-driven. It’s an eclectic pick- influences from all over the world, a tasting menu marrying prime seasonal ingredients with some unexpected twists: szechuan pepper, dashi, and miso all make an appearance through these seven courses. Expect Tom’s painstaking technique- smoking, salt-baking- in pursuit of flavour, and expect dishes to linger over. And did we mention it’s all gluten-free too?
